What do you like best about Graphy?

The course design is pretty easy and the course delivery is nice in the mobile app. Easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphy?

Not optimized to use in the US. Community features have no search function. Says it is white labeled, but includes promotions to create a graphy site that you can't remove. Documentation is all over the place, literally and in some cases not comprehensive or up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Graphy?

I like the new platform (Original Spayee Platform). And it is the best of the LMS platforms that I have seen. They had a well-developed course builder and video storage with good encryption. Marketing functions like Promo Codes, Inbuilt affiliate system and more Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphy?

Almost everything was developed by the Graphy / Unacademy Team. They are saying their platform is All in one and promote that we can have the main domain branding and develop the pages which not mobile responsive. The support was very poor. Specifically for an original spayee buyer, there is no support at all. It took 25 days for their first response after that there is no reply even after the reminders. Even after looping Unacademy Founders (Graphy Claims to an Unacademy Venture). Also they tend to change their support email too often. First it was sales@graphy, then care@graphy as of today support@graphy, this is within the last 40 days.

They are cost centric, and they have changed their pricing 4 times within the 6-7 months that too in the fold of 100-200% increase and changing to a revenue share model of 10%. They promote their branded mobile app as big functionality but do we need it? Maybe a few not all. They have removed the webhook / API for enrollment so that they can collect the revenue for all enrollments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unethical Company"

What do you like best about Graphy?

I bought their LTD from pitch ground because of their relationship with Unacademy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphy?

It's an unethical company. They downgraded my account to free plan after paying for their lifetime deal. I lost money and regretted my decision of buying their LTD deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Graphy?

The software has every feature I would have needed. UI is fine not very modern Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphy?

The software itself is full of features, with virtually nil support; but the real issue are the people who's hands the business is in. They are great at marketing but just unethical in their business approach, and being unfair to their early customers like me. That shows how they are going to be in the future too.

Spayee sold a lifetime deal (LTD) to hundreds of customers and then sold the business to Graphy. For almost one year now they have been pushing to move all LTD customers to more expensive plans, making false promises about continuation of support and feature updates and breaking them. I started building stuff on the lms platform and now been told again it's either move to a monthly plan or you are left with an unsupported platform. Feel I have been duped.

For all customers, they are constantly changing pricing model for bigger share of money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pulled the Rug Out for Early Investors"

What do you like best about Graphy?

I bought Graphy on AppSumo as part of a cash infusion deal for them with the idea being that we would get lifetime access to their platform and provide them with cash to grow & expand their reach. Due to family medical issues, I have not yet fully set up my school but was excited to have it as an integral part of my stack to build this year. I was impressed with the platform & the features they continued to announce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphy?

Since being purchased by Graphy (the product originally named Spayee in their partnership with AppSumo), the company has quietly (behind the scenes chipped away) then loudly (with a recent email announcement) changed the terms of our plans so they are essentially worth nothing at this point. So in gratitude for our investment in their growth, they've announced that our plans will now require us to pay 10% of our revenues from all sales in order to continue using the platform. In other words, "thanks for the investment early investors who enabled us to build our company to be valuable enough to be purchased. We got what we wanted now, so see ya!". Any company making a partnership to get in front of the AppSumo audience knows the deal. They are not going to make as much money from the customers they gain through AppSumo as they will from later customers they acquire on their own/directly. But when they made the decision to partner with AppSumo, they were betting that they could piggyback on the value of AppSumo's trusted relationship with their audience which would generate the cashflow they needed for their stage of growth at the time. It's unethical to then come back in the future & change the terms because those early customers are not as profitable for them as the customers they are newly acquiring through their own direct marketing methods. If this was how AppSumo deals worked, no one would buy them. When Graphy purchased Spayee, they had to have known the financial agreement Spayee had with the AppSumo buyers (early investors). We shouldn't be penalized for their business decisions. We AppSumo buyers made educated decisions based on our research when we bought the Spayee deal. What we never know is how ethically companies will behave. I was pleasantly surprised with another company's recent reversal of a similar short-sighted announcement. I hope Graphy finds that they've made a misjudgment here & reverses their decision as well. It would be a shame to see a wonderful product ruined by bad business practices. "Very full-featured, and great value"

What do you like best about Graphy?

The integrated marketing and flexibility to change 'selling' models (pricing, bundling, etc) was very helpful. While I haven't yet verified SCORM compliance, the fact that it is an advertised feature is very important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphy?

The product is not usable in North America. Pricing is displayed with "taxes in". For example, if the product cost is $100, and tax is 13%, the price is shown on the course in a "tax inclusive" fashion: $113. There is a way to show it without the tax... but it then shows the price as $87. In North America, the price should be shown as $100, then the $13 tax added upon check-out. (Actually, the tax rate that should be added will depend on the jurisdiction of the purchaser - which is another problem.)

The unfortunate name of the product does not transfer to North America. (A "Spayee" is a female animal that has been sterilized.) Beyond this, the individual course UX customization is very limited, as of the date of this feedback. The fact that this product is relatively new on the market represents a risk. "Graphy Is the Worst Company I've Ever Worked With!"

What do you like best about Graphy?

Graphy has a bunch of features you would want in an LMS, but you can't trust this company and I would never trust my customers to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphy?

They took money from customers who bought it when it was called Spayee, promising lifetime access and updates, rebranded it as Graphy and said the old software is dead and will no longer be developed. By the way, if you want any of the new features, come over to Graphy and give us 10% of your revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Graphy?

I love using Spayee as a platform for my online course. It's easy to use, and the students love the convenience of being able to submit their work online. It's a great tool to use for anyone who is looking to start a course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphy?

The website's design is outdated and the website doesn't have many design templates to choose from. I'd like to see Spayee update their website so it has more design templates to choose from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
