I was earlier hosting all my classes on WordPress LMS Systems that were not just painful to manage but also at risk of slowing my website down to a certain level. I was then introduced to Spayee by Google.com search. I without a second thought started signing up and setting up my LMS on spayee. They offer many features that the 'big players' offer at a very reasonable price. I can make my courses private and attach forums to them which is great for coaching groups. It's also possible to create credits for courses, and the backend is very complete in terms of being able to configure courses and their design. I would love to see more integration options as Zapier can become expensive quickly but I believe Pabbly is coming soon. I would also love a native integration with Thrivecart! I like that it is very easy to create e-learning courses in Spayee. The course organization of Spayee is top notch. Spayee has plenty of features for creating courses: I can simply upload PDF file, upload a file, input text, link to an external video, or import an existing SCORM. The items to be created for a course are also plenty: ranging from video, live class, quiz, link, text,to assignment and forms. I am most impressed with the Quiz and Question Bank. These are very well designed with lots of options to select, and make the quizzes / exams very flexible. Course certificates are also a well-thought item. Spayee also has a lot of tools for sales, such as affiliate marketing, e-mails, coupon etc. - all that I need to operate a great LMS. The UI can be more modern and "luxury"-looking. If Spayee also allow to create separate "Academies", it would also be great. For the quizzes, Spayee can also have separate explanations for each question (for now, only 1 explanation for all options). Apart from those, I do not find other things that I dislike. I have been searching for long for a LMS system (SAAS, non-WP) that can operate with full features as LMS (flexible courses, quizzes, exams, videos, live class etc.) It is not easy to find one, but I found all of those in Spayee. The name is a bit difficult to spell, but the app is really easy to use. Despite lots of options, I find it very easy and quick to create the items and the courses I need, and customize to my requirements. It seems that my quest for a good learning system is not over. What i really like is the easy landing page builder as well as really smart functions such as adding custom fields for checkout. The creators put some thought into it. There is also a very flexible function to create courses, by adding links or uploading video. Also the option to limit downloads, or viewing period time is quite smart, and adds flexibilty to overall use. Bundling courses and creating a lesson structure is another great option that is important and adds great value. Overall a really flexible saas that i will use for sure more and more. I never leave reviews, but I feel like this is worth it. The past few LMS programs I've used are too complicated for what I need them to do - uploading assignments and tracking students' progress. But Spayee has all the same features at a fraction of the cost. There are still things in development as promised, but the promise is certainly fulfilled. The support is amazing and very prompt. Functionality - Spayee is jam-packed with features at a price point that is very competitive. The fact we can upload SCORM packages makes our course creation so much quicker. The assessment and quiz options give plenty of scope for variety. The platform is very robust and rock-solid to use and copes at scale with a large number of users. There are several elements I find great in Spayee: 1) It has very good security features that allow to have only a selected number of devices for login for each user. This is very important in my niche as it is key to avoid that users share their login information. It also offers various types of watermarks on both pdfs and videos (although those on videos are limited to selected partners) 2) Coupon codes are easy to generate in seconds. With my previous provider they had to generate manually which was a big pain 3) It offers access codes for direct access to courses. This allows to easily enroll users who purchased the courses through other channels and make for a great user experience 4) It allows to create easily white label. There are limited integrations with email providers and video hosting services, although hopefully additional integrations will be available soon. The problem with the limited video integrations is that dynamic watermarks are available only when the provider is available within those integrated.
