With the peace of mind that the emails they see are what they are expecting to see, they no longer have to worry about spoofing emails and clicking on malicious links thinking they are verified. **What do you dislike about Graphus?** The only downside I have found so far is that it requires some training of the local admin so they know how to look and find quarantined emails if they happen by accident. **What problems is Graphus solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest issue our clients have had is Spoofing emails. Daily, they get emails that appear to come from inside the firm and are becoming far more sophisticated. With Graphus in place, they no longer have to worry that the emails they receive are actually from their users. ### 6. The product seemed simple to use and not much of a hassle to setup. **What do you dislike about Graphus?** When comparing Graphus to its competitors like Avanan it was both less appealing to navigate through and felt like a lesser version of Avanan. My biggest issue was it wasn't as good as a similar product. **What problems is Graphus solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were hoping for it to fill out the email gateway needs protecting our end users from receiving unwanted emails. Stopping attacks before they reach the end user is one of the biggest things you can do to stop breaches. ### 8.
