"Exceptional Phishing Protection with Effortless Deployment"

What do you like best about Graphus?

Graphus has been extremely effective at reducing phishing risk across our organization. The AI-driven threat detection catches suspicious emails that would normally slip past users, and the TrustGraph feature continually improves as it learns our environment. It’s easy to deploy and requires very little maintenance after setup, which has saved our IT team a lot of time. What do you dislike about Graphus?

The reporting features could be a bit more customizable, especially for leadership-focused summaries. Occasionally the system flags legitimate emails, which isn’t a dealbreaker but does require periodic review. What problems is Graphus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Graphus is helping us significantly reduce phishing and social-engineering threats across our organization. Before using it, our team spent a lot of time manually reviewing suspicious emails and dealing with user-reported incidents. Graphus automates that entire process — it flags risky messages, isolates them before they reach employees, and provides clear insights into why something is considered dangerous.

This has lowered our security risk, cut down on IT workload, and increased user confidence in our email environment. We’ve also seen a measurable reduction in the number of successful phishing attempts and far fewer help-desk tickets related to suspicious emails. "Product Works but Support is the Worst of All Vendors Compared"

What do you like best about Graphus?

I like that it at least works. It blocks emails, it adds the banner, it gives the end user the ability to mark emails as junk/spam. Easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graphus?

The support team is inexperienced and no help. After following their support procedures, I have found that their team does not have an effective process to have issues addressed within a reasonable amount of time.

Example:

There was a PDF stripped from a client email. When I attempted to recover the email from Graphus the platform failed and only provided "Attachment recovery error". After raising the issue with the vendor, it took them over a day to assign the issue, the support rep(Angel) could only manage one message per day and did not understand the request to recover the pdf from their system. After 2 weeks this became a time sensitive issue, and I connected with my AM about it 3 times along with escalating the issue on my side once and the issue is still unresolved. It has been a total of 3 weeks, and no progress has been made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
