The possibility to analyze data, even get statistical significance. It is very convenient for people that are not familiar with programming and therefore cannot use R package. It is very hard find a defect to this software. Probably I would improve the choice of the data, sometimes is not very clear. Also, when renaming cells it is not possible to use arrow keys. It is very convenient and easier to use for analysis and plotting with a lot of options. I use it to analyze biological data. It is specialized for scientific usage, so very friendly interface. It is not really a dislike but it is not free (makes sense, otherwise who would improve it). I got it free from work place but need to renew every year and sometimes its took to much time to get a renewal unfortunately. I have no clue where is the issue though. I use this software to run all of my statistics, from t-tests to Mann Whitney tests, to two-way ANOVAs. I also use it to generate my figures for all of my publications. I had to learn a lot of tricks to get the data organized properly in order to run my statistics, but it was pretty self explanatory. Prism is incredibly easy to use and saves me around 20 minutes of my time and a headache every time I use it (compared to doing it on Excel). Data is easy to input and is then automatically put into an easy-to-understand, professional looking graph or table.
