It is very convenient and easier to use for analysis and plotting with a lot of options. I use it to analyze biological data. It is specialized for scientific usage, so very friendly interface. Much better then Excel and lighter too. No crash. MS Excel crashes a lot on Mac sadly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not really a dislike but it is not free (makes sense, otherwise who would improve it). I got it free from work place but need to renew every year and sometimes its took to much time to get a renewal unfortunately. I have no clue where is the issue though. I use this software to run all of my statistics, from t-tests to Mann Whitney tests, to two-way ANOVAs. I also use it to generate my figures for all of my publications. Tremendously powerful and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prism is incredibly easy to use and saves me around 20 minutes of my time and a headache every time I use it (compared to doing it on Excel). Data is easy to input and is then automatically put into an easy-to-understand, professional looking graph or table. I like how it makes the most professional looking figures, with simplistic ways to depict both large and small data sets. I also like that the software is set up to do in-house statistics on any samples you are interested in, including post-hoc tests! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike how the learning curve for the program is kind of steep, and choosing the correct graph set up can certainly be challenging for new users. However, GraphPad Prism does offer some tutorials and easy-to-follow familiarization videos online.
