Grapheus by Exetazo is an AI medical scribe built by a practicing physician. It listens to the clinician-patient conversation, in person or by telehealth, and drafts a complete, structured note in minutes. It also suggests billing codes (E/M, CPT and ICD-10) that fit the clinician's role and what was discussed. Clinicians review and sign every note. Grapheus runs on AWS Bedrock under an AWS Business Associate Agreement. For OpenEMR practices, a free open-source Grapheus module drafts the note, problems, allergies, prescriptions and an unbilled fee sheet in the chart. Pilot: up to two clinicians for 30 days, then paid.
