So far what has made me feel extra good about Hygraph is their swift and helpful customer support. The localisation is very good and the integration with Lokalise is a great help to our team. It was very easy to get started, and our editors seem happy with the experience so far. I know Hygraph are working on a new UI and some other improvements and I'm looking forward to see what they will do. **What do you dislike about Hygraph?** Hygraph are missing some features that I think would elevate it to the next level. For example autosaving entries and being able to save incomplete entries (without required fields). There has been some bugs, but most of them has been resolved quickly after reporting them. I would also prefer if there were more settings on fields, for example being able to specify that an assets should be an image, or what dimentions are allowed. Also, lists can't be required which to me seems a bit odd. The documentation is generally good but sometimes a bit difficult to navigate. **What problems is Hygraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hygraph allows our editors to work independently, so that they can manage the content on our web products without the need of developer interference. ### 36. It should have spelling review in content boxes. It should be easier to retrieve deleted content. Evolves quickly, and the team are very responsive. **What do you dislike about Hygraph?** Does require a higher level of technical ability to implement than many alternatives if you're just looking for a CMS. **What problems is Hygraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** GIves us a highly flexible back-end system for our corporate website which has many different content types that are regularly updated. Every component that helps you edit your content is well chosen and designed. You just don't need to be a high-end developer to get grip on the fundamentals of Hygraph. In our university we use Hygraph to teach our students how to model data. Well... Hypgraph made it so easy that our students really get prepared before they jump into an abstract programming layer. With Hygraph we wrote a tool to keep track of the learning progress of our students. We started 2 years ago, and really... Hygraph has 0 days of downtime. So realibale, we are greatful we can work with a tool that is fun to work and teach with. **What do you dislike about Hygraph?** Because Hygraph is well developed and designed, you can clearly see the extra oppurtunities you can get out of the tool. Development takes time... The roadmap of Hygraph is well built and chosen and fits the needs of their users. Maybe we are not to patient enough :-). **What problems is Hygraph solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a platform that was user friendly enough to work with, even for people who are not used to a CMS or tech in general.
