GrapeFlow is vineyard and winery management software for boutique wineries producing up to about 20,000 cases a year — the size where enterprise systems are too heavy and spreadsheets are no longer enough. In the vineyard, growers record sprays, fertilizer and cultural work by block, follow phenology and ripening samples, and see downy mildew, powdery mildew and botrytis risk calculated from local weather. Satellite NDVI shows vigor by block, and a biodynamic calendar marks root, leaf, flower and fruit days. In the cellar, every tank and barrel is on one screen. Winemakers log rackings, additions, blends, fermentation readings, lab analyses and tastings; each lot keeps its composition by block and variety, so tracing a bottle back to the vineyard takes one search. Bottling runs, dry goods and oenological products are tracked as stock. GrapeFlow keeps the spray application log everywhere; in the US, organic input records and TTB-oriented records; in Portugal, the DGADR field notebook and IVV accounts. It connects to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so a winemaker can ask "which lots have no analysis yet?" and get the answer from their own data. A REST API is included. One plan, every module, unlimited users: US$99/month or US$990/year. Data hosted in the EU. 90-day free trial, no credit card. Runs in the browser on desktop and phone, in English and Portuguese. GrapeFlow does not issue invoices or replace accounting software.
