I like the vast amount of information of material mechanical and thermal properties listed in the pack. The ability to use graphs and figures to breakdown the comparisons between similar materials can be helpful when predicting design capabilities of potential materials.

There is also information regarding various alloys and polymers, which have fundamentally improved mechanical properties in some cases. The interface is a bit lacking and not too easy to operate for new users. A more minimal layout might help in some cases.

It is possible to select between several manufacturing processes and identify which are the ones feasible to manufacture the intended part and evaluate the expected costs of each process as well as the environmental impact of the part through its lifecycle.

There are many take the fields missing in the software that prevent engineers from picking the very best processes. I remember trying to find the manufacturing cost of some processes but depending on the combination of selections, I couldn't get an answer. It was only showing me a null result or a wrong value.

I would like to have access to a more complete and accurate database. I saw some mistakes in the information available.

I don't remember if there was a feature to create a personal database with data from my process. But it would certainly be a nice to have.

I didn't like much the left side tab, because it seemed a bit difficult and not linear to operate. I believe if the software provided a step by step procedure or wizard assistant, it would make it much easier to people who either don't know how to use the software or don't have the full knowledge of what and how to solve the problems the software aims to solve.

A comprehensive yet simplistic tool for finding suitable materials for any application. The extensive chart features including limit functions enables the user to quickly compare the properties of materials, providing the user the opportunity to make informed decisions through the use of visuals as opposed to tediously searching through material tables.
