The hardware is also solid, with a modern look and feel. It provides all the features related to voice solutions, along with a global connectivity option. **What do you dislike about Grandstream IP Video Phones?** I didn’t find anything to dislike, because the hardware, video quality, modern design, and all the advanced features are already built into it. **What problems is Grandstream IP Video Phones solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sometimes I face voice quality issues and call breaks, but in my experience this wasn’t related to the phone or any hardware. It was due to EPBAX and internet issues that I was dealing with. ### 2. PTZs is so close to face-to-face, you almost think you had a video chat. Traditional telephoning in the past can compete with this remarkable technology. Myriad of models that are available assures me of finding the one cellphone that exactly meets my needs and my budget. **What do you dislike about Grandstream IP Video Phones?** This range of phones can be the ultimate pain while you find it difficult to set them up. However the initial configuration may need some technical competence and with additional, user-friendliness is not there in the documentation. As a result, I had to depend on various on line forums and tech support, through all this to finally get the system to work properly. **What problems is Grandstream IP Video Phones solving and how is that benefiting you?** IP Video Phones provided by Grandstream have been a great surprise for me. The high-definition video starts all meetings and collaborations much more successful. The favorable aspect of their features has also helped to make the communication workflows more efficient by enabling the integration with the existing business systems. ### 5. The UCM has a nice user interface, is fairly easy to get to grips with and the support team have been good to a point. **What do you dislike about Grandstream IP Video Phones?** We were a BETA tester, along with many others for the new Grandstream GDMS/RemoteConnect service, and it was great for being able to easily remotely connect to the UCM/PBX whilst out of the office. More recently, the product has launched and whilst there is a free tier, the next tier up is rather expensive, and the free plan has quite restrictive allowances in place, such as 20 mins max per call for remotely connected users. It is also unclear whether the RemoteConnect address can be used for terminating VoIP Sip Trunks to from our service provider, and when reaching out to support, initially it seemed great whilst they investigated, but then when they hit a wall, they were quick to pass this off as a service provider issue, and I'm still no further forward a month later. **What problems is Grandstream IP Video Phones solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to fully managed our internal communications (such as our IVR, chat and call queues), helps to lower costs and ensure that we're still able to easily communicate with other members of the team. ### 8. Grandstream is well documented and has an great UI that is easy to learn and use. Has excellent audio and video quality that has helped us work well remotely during the covid pandemic. **What do you dislike about Grandstream IP Video Phones?** Nothing much apart from the initial cost of the grandstream infrastructure. **What problems is Grandstream IP Video Phones solving and how is that benefiting you?** Teleconferencing with team members at different locations and those working remotely has made workflow efficient.
