I've been using various Grammarly products for 5+ years now and it's still my favorite writing/editing tool. Grammarly Business, in particular, has been useful for me as a content editor for a digital publication. I like the Style Rules feature best as it helps our team enforce our internal style guide consistently across various assets.
I still encounter bugs, mainly when working off WordPress draft posts. It's nothing that a quick refresh can't fix but it would be better to have a more seamless experience here since I use it daily.
Aside from providing reliable help with proofreading, I find Grammarly Business's recent AI upgrades valuable. I started using GrammarlyGO and love the "Give me ideas for improvement" prompt.
Accurate, easy to use, and always convenient application. It works perfectly for emails and documents and makes my work look more professional and straight to the point.

Grammarly business is very simple to use. Once you log in the first time and install the extensions, it's ready to go. It helps keep our team consistent in writing style, which, in turn, helps maintain a higher level of professionalism through our communications.
It logs you out when cookies are cleared, like every other program. Would love to see a login that doesn’t rely on cookies, but rather the computer. That will be much more convenient.
Several areas in our communication are consistent across our team members because of Grammarly for Business. It doesn't change any of our communication but rather keeps it grammatically correct. Getting communication from a vendor with spelling errors is a silly mistake that's easily preventable.
In our non-profit organization, we love how configurable Grammarly Business is for multiple users. Through the administration panel, we can configure rules about acronyms, abbreviations, parts-of-speech, passivity, and many others. We've also found the Microsoft Office plugin for Word/Outlook very useful in correcting outgoing emails, donor or investor responses, and our email campaigns. Finally, the Grammarly team has just debuted their Generative AI technology to Business & Enterprise Users, making it tremendously easier to create actionable memos, invitations, HR communications, and documentation. It's clear from the continuing pace of development that this kind of innovation is only just beginning, which gives us the confidence to stick with Grammarly for the future.
We haven't yet encountered any downsides with Grammarly Business. We'd like to see the AI features rolled out to the Office plugins as soon as it's possible to test them there, otherwise we have no complaints.
Grammarly Business has been a great help in ensuring professionalism in our emails - at all levels - and public-facing communications. Being able to compose a social media post or promotional campaign with generative AI and still have the confidence that there won't be any errors in tone or transmission is thoroughly useful to us.

Its cost. Using it fine as the company is paying for it, but if we have to buy it for a small team of freelancers, its a bit costly. Also, there should some incentives for the top users :)

An investment I will advise all professionals to make. The free version is a great base for users who want to test this out first- a variety of features like grammar correction, sentence structure, and many more are offered. While premium version when added to Chrome as an extension enhances the quality of writing and scans for plagiarism too!
Absolutely nothing at all. This is a great platform that is so user friendly. I have never come across such software that is easy on the hands for beginners to technology

Rarely the Grammarly icon would be placed on the top of the text. It made my text invisible; hence I had to close the application.
