GramDesk turns a Telegram bot into a shared customer-support inbox for small teams. Customers message the support bot, and each conversation appears as a separate topic in a private Telegram group. Teammates read the conversation history and reply inside the topic; the customer receives the reply through the bot, without staff sharing personal accounts. The standard setup requires no coding. Connect your own Telegram bot and private support group. Pricing is $0.10 per active bot per day, with unlimited teammates and no per-agent charge. A $1.50 starting balance is available for testing before topping up.
