You just drag and drop the invoice file into Graip, and then it automatically pulls the info from the document and updates it in S/4. It only takes a few simple steps and some waiting time, which makes the whole process smooth and hassle-free. In addition, it works well not only with English but also with Latvian, which eliminates the need for translation. Overall, it’s a solid tool that makes invoice uploading much easier and more accurate. However, it’s not a major issue because you can simply reload the page and try again.
