What do you like best about Graduway?

Graduway is always growing as a company and really listens to their clients. We have been a client since 2017 and have grown with them. What do you dislike about Graduway?

We don't have much control over some of the platform features which can be frustrating at times. Customer support has improved so much though over the last three years. Having technical and customer support help in our time zone is a definite plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Graduway?

The Graduway platform is an increasingly useful tool for our alumni and current students. The best part being that once someone signs up, s/he can connect with any other member, which is a big advantage compared to LinkedIn. It allows our current students to contact alumni directly, and it allows alumni to automatically know the legitimacy of the request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Graduway?

The majority of users come on the platform sporadically. When a user receives a message from another user, they get an email notification. However, they cannot reply directly through their email and have to use the platform for that, which adds a step, and can be inconvenient, especially if they have forgotten their password. On the flip side it encourages users to login the platform and allows them to see news, new features, groups, and other useful info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Graduway?

Our team appreciates Graduway's outstanding customer service. We love that the GradAdvance page is very customizable and easy to use. Our GradAdvance page helps us share real-time results with our volunteers and donors. This is simply something our team cannot achieve without a third party service. Linkedin business like page gives that professional feel.

What do you dislike about Graduway?

Launched in May 2018 we have yet to discover any major disadvantages of the platform. The task for us it to promote to our base to grow member numbers and keep them engaged after sign up Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
