## Gradual Reviews
 ### 1. Our first training environment and we love it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Віталій . | Manager of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

"To be honest, I would never ever switch from Google Docs to any learning platforms just because they are clumsy.
Gradual were the first to offer user-friendly interface and sales-focused features. Liked them from our first demo.
Pipedrive integration is straight fire. Now I start our weekly meetings with Gradual reports with training gaps our sales and support people have. And then assign role-plays, o2o's, and courses. They just saved me half a day of meeting preps with only 1 report."

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

"Sync with Calendar is missing. For example, I want to assign courses or meetings on specific dates or set deadlines.
Also, we need to track training impact in metrics and revenue. They promised to release it soon. Also, I'd like to be notified in Slack about new performance reports.
And they need to give the ability to group modules inside the training."

**Recommendations to others considering Gradual:**

Perfect if you are looking for the first training system

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"Gradual gave us dedicated training expert for 3 months to structurize training automation our content and team training activities. Since I am not a PRO coach, it's a genuinely life-saving move from them, believe me. Saving about 3-4 hours weekly thanks to their performance reports. I am not the type of person who wants to spend my life in CRM analytics lol.
We've doubled our team last 2 months and would hire 10 more people so I can reply on automated onboarding now and clear picture of gaps my newcomers have."

 ### 2. Buy it right after CRM and sales engagement platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter O. | Services Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

Sales team leader, a good friend of mine, recommend to try Gradual once we are growing our sales squad. We purchased it to track the performance and train our BDRs and Gradual managed to do it ridiculously simple. We've never done training before (only external courses) and they helped us to setup the training process from scratch. Our team lead now has scalable training process and we can turn on our hiring machine.
Also, Gradual is good choice if you are looking for user-friendly system.

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

We would love to connect custom fileds in Pipedrive

**Recommendations to others considering Gradual:**

Perfect if you are looking for the first training system

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks Gradual + Pipedrive integration we cut couple of hours per week on performance analysis since they have convenient reports. What's more important we saved tons of nerves for our sales leader.

 ### 3. Solid potential for enablement leaders - with a specific focus on training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arup C. | Head of Sales Enablement Strategy & Insights, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

As a recent innovator in the SaaS sales training and enablement software market, Gradual benefit from delivering a much more intuitive interface than a number of other similar platforms.
Additionally, if youre lacking resources to develop your own sales training content, Gradual's professional services team is on hand to support.
I see Gradual as having a strong fit to medium size firms and enterprises.
Kudos to their sales team - an engaging experience!

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

No cons at this stage.... if you are looking for content management to be included, this wont fulfil your needs.

**Recommendations to others considering Gradual:**

Great sales training software.

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Full training loop automation - starting from onboarding to upskilling sessions. I like what they did with Pipedrive connection and waiting the same with Salesforce.

 ### 4. My pain reliver in remote training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom C. | Sales Teamleader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

The course editor is the most intuitive among those I've tested. We've spent about 1.5 years looking for the training app for our resellers and Gradual put the end to these sufferings thanks to their editing interface. I am from site builder app and I do know what I am talking about!

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

More training templates in library and I guess Gradual should give more options for gamification: scores, leadersboards, interactive quizzess etc.

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, we eventually switched from onboarding in Trello to a full training app. I can see how much our resellers spend time with materials and easily check-in with product knowledge. The best thing for me here, we uploaded all materials in one place so I can edit them quickly. As for other benefits, we cut the onboarding time by 50% on average (we count time to 1st sale as onboarding period).

 ### 5. " Good choice for growing sales teams"

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ihor B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

Solid training editor and reports. Huge respect to the person from Reply, who created this SDR onboarding template. I'll give them a try too.

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

These guys need integration with Zapier.

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"
We are growing our sales team right now, and I easily track performance gaps with their CRM integration. With the last 2 SDR hires, we saved about 1 week of manual work on onboarding. Also, waiting for recurrent quizzes 😈 Gradual promised to release this winter. Just want to make sure everybody knows our product well."

 ### 6. Consider Gradual if it's your first training tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ibrahim B. | Founder and CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

Their team helped us with the initial setup and connected with experts who did outbound training. I don't have much to say about the interface as it is our first learning tool. We have enjoyed the experience so far.

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

The lack of the search across the materials as our sales team require quick access to materials during meetings and calls.

**Recommendations to others considering Gradual:**

Yes. It is a great tool for onboarding sales team members especially.

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's much easier to enroll new people to the team. Besides, we love their recent updates with CRM integration. Last week we discovered possible burnouts and troubles in 2 stages in the pipeline. Glad they are offering support to fix it.

POV: We have 5 people in sales team. But with 10+ people, this software is among the essential sales tools.

 ### 7. Been with them since day one. Love watching them grow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** William O. | SDR Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

It perfectly fits with our sales tech-stack and the user interface is way more simple than what other LMS showed us. We streamlined SDR onboarding and we created internal courses to level up SDR's understanding of how modern sales development works.

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

They are talking too long to release integration with Reply ;)
(Hope this answer will slightly push them)

**Recommendations to others considering Gradual:**

get in touch with their founder, Oleg. He is super responsive

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gradual helped us decrease the ramp time by 30% (from 3 to 2 months) and we created internal courses to level up our SDRs.

 ### 8. Worth trying and we expect more templates and ready-made courses.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kate L. | Product Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

Seems like they their support has sales and training expertise. It helps with platform setup since I don't have much of training experience.

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

"If you call it ""training library"" add more ready-made trainings, please.
Why don't you still have a referral system? There are hundreds of sales teams who need this tool and you are loosing customers"

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Just started with the tool. I was looking for the enablement sysytem but like they are focused on training. Absolutley love how I can track team performance in CRM so I just get training recommendations. They promise us straight growth, well let's see. See you in half a year.

 ### 9. Incredible for sales training if you are in hiring mode. Bye-bye, docs!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noosh (Mehrnoosh) B. | Co-Founder and COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2022

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

Their training editor is as simple as modern workspace apps but has all my sales team needs - quizzes, pitch assessments, and video-recorder.

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

We need more variety in quizzes. Their manager told us audio and video answers coming soon but don't forget about matching options and orders.

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for the right tool to stop the mess with onboarding and were glad to discover Gradual. I hope these guys would have much more coming with sales tools integrations so we can use it perfectly with our ongoing training.

 ### 10. We have 100+ SDRs and this training system is such a gooood deal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dmitry C. | Chief Marketing Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Gradual?**

Training analytics and reports are good, especially learning time and team comparison. Please, hurry up with deep Hubspot integration!

**What do you dislike about Gradual?**

I need them to have direct links to modules and in-app searches. Heard they have this on the roadmap. Nothing else to say at this moment.

**What problems is Gradual solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's too early for us to talk about ROI but I feel I took half of the training routine out of my life.
