The customer support is exceptional—Dan and Don have been phenomenal partners from day one. I used to log in daily, but thanks to the Gradient Cyber SOC team’s proactive detection and response, I rarely need to check in unless I’m pulling reports for executive leadership to show how effective our security program has become. The platform itself is simple, clean, and focused. It gives us exactly what we need, right where we need it—without the clutter.
