What do you like best about Gradelink?

We are so thankful for Gradelink. The customer service is fantastic and questions are answered quickly. When we have had issues that require more than a day to fix, they keep us updated as they work through the problem solving steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gradelink?

What do you like best about Gradelink?

Tags and Export Features which allow me to create custom reports/rosters/etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gradelink?

Directory format which does not result in a professional looking booklet. I am not able to export this to change the format and add my school contact information, teacher contact information or edit out addresses or phone numbers which some parents do not want released. I must create this completely separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gradelink solving and how is that benefiting you?

We now utilize Gradelink to the fullest extent that our subscription allows. All staff can go directly to one source for current student information, class information, parent contact information, medical information, etc. We do not have different versions of phone and email addresses, wondering which is up to date. What do you like best about Gradelink?

Gradelink has covered everything my school needed this year. ie: parent and staff communication, lesson plans, grade books, progress and report cards. I think the thing I love the most is the fact that can schedule communication with parents Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gradelink?

Gradelink is so user friendly for me as an administrator and for parents. When I don't know how to do something I call tech support and they solve my problem and answer my questions in 5 minutes or less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think I dislike much. I ran into an issue yesterday where I needed to access the last four years of what exactly our enrollment numbers were. I was only able to access the current year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gradelink?

I like that Gradelink is the most intuitive electronic grade and information system that I have ever used. I have been teaching for 19 years. A few of the other programs that I have used have been cumbersome for either the teacher or the parents to access information. Gradelink is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can have great difficulty reaching someone by phone for support because the phone number is not published widely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
