When I asked about making some fields on forms optional, I was told they couldn't do that and my option was to upload my own custom programmed form. While we do have a developer on staff, it is not an efficient use of resources for a small business to create a custom form if the goal is just to generate a few reviews. One of my favorite features of the Grade.us system is the ability to utilize the funnel system (thumbs up/down, stars, etc). It occasionally seems as though there is a lag in some of the sites being crawled. I like that Google is done almost immediately, but from time to time I still get email notifications about reviews done months previous, usually on clients added within the past month or so.
