Two things about the 100-email-per-location limit on automated email drip campaigns: 1) the limit is in place to encourage the best practice of reaching out only to recent customers, not large past customer lists; 2) that said, you're right--some businesses on our platform do some serious volume, and 100 is woefully insufficient. In that case, just let us know and we're happy to up the limit for you. The system puts all past recipients into the "Inactive Recipient List"--you can export this data from the system, and there's a tiny, nondescript link to toggle on the Inactive list under the mailing list header. It's unintuitive and very easy to miss. We will change that! What do you dislike about Grade.us? Other systems have more full featured e-mail campaigns, surveys and social media integrations. This system is basic compared to some of the others out there. We do not recommend that you attempt to implement this yourself since there are many nuances to reputation that you might miss if you attempt to do this yourself. What problems is Grade.us solving and how is that benefiting you? We have our clients us this system when they mostly want to do reputation marketing on their own. While we do setup the back-end for them they are then mostly on their own as far as day to day operations. The system works well and features are constantly being added in but we usually go with our more turnkey, higher end systems for clients that want us to do everything for them. We needed a reputation management platform with API access. Grade filled that need and exceeded our expectations. We are incredibly happy with the product and being able to use the API to monitor activity.
