Leads are earned through engagement and trust, and most websites and widgets fall short of both. Gracer closes that gap with interactive video, on-brand forms and lead management that work together or on their own. Interactive video. Greet visitors with a real person on video, let them choose what they want next, and go live through one-way video when someone is ready to talk. Customizable forms. Build forms with photo and text choice cards and your own brand panel, so they feel like part of your site and visitors finish them. Lead management. Every lead lands in one inbox, where you can assign it to a teammate and track it. It syncs with HubSpot, Zapier, webhooks and Google. Use them together for a complete journey from first hello to qualified lead, or use any one on its own. Add a form without video, or video without the CRM. You can start with the piece you need and add the rest later. Gracer works on any website with a single code snippet.
