**What do you like best about Gracely?**

I use Gracely for church communications and paying tithes. I really appreciate the instant communication it offers without complicated phone trees and the ability to make electronic payments. What I like most is being able to text the whole membership easily and quickly because it makes it easy to remind people of events or inform them of last-minute changes. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gracely?**

Would be nice if there was a way to add visitor information. I’d like to include select visitors - repeat attendees - of upcoming events the same way I can notify members, but without adding them to the directory. Seems like this would be a simple add for the dev team that would make a huge difference for churches.

**What problems is Gracely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Gracely for instant communication without complicated phone trees and electronic payments. It lets me text the whole membership easily and quickly, making it simple to remind people of events or inform them of last-minute changes. We are in a hardcore growth phase now, and we often have workdays or quick meetings with very little notice. Gracely ensures that those are still well-attended without a ton of prep for me.

**What do you like best about Gracely?**

Gracely brought us the technology we needed to move our church forward and stay on par with progressive churches. We were able to move away from spreadsheets and transition to online giving and accounting. Our trustees say this was the best financial decision we could have made from a time-management viewpoint. Of course, with anything new there is a learning curve, but the Chatbot and support team is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Gracely?**

Although the current web page layout is functional and generally helpful, there is room for improvement—especially for users who are accustomed to building websites quickly using modern tools. Those familiar with sleek drag-and-drop builders or AI-assisted platforms may find the interface less intuitive and somewhat limiting. Enhancing the design experience with more flexible, user-friendly editing features would make the platform more efficient and appealing for on-the-fly website creation.

**What do you like best about Gracely?**

What I like best about Gracely is how simple it is while still being powerful. Managing people, families, groups, events, and giving is all in one place, so I do not need multiple tools anymore. The attendance tracking and contribution reports save me time every week, and sending emails or SMS directly from the platform makes communication much easier. It has simplified our workflow and helped us stay more organized as a church.

**What do you dislike about Gracely?**

I don’t really dislike anything major about Gracely. Some features are still evolving, but overall it’s a very smooth and easy platform to use. Also, the team is always here to help, so we feel supported and we are working closely with them as the product continues to improve.

**What problems is Gracely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Gracely, we struggled with collecting and tracking giving, staying consistent in communication, and keeping members engaged during the week. Giving records were harder to manage, messages were sent from different tools, and there was no simple way to reach everyone instantly.

Now, online giving and contribution tracking are all in one place, which saves us hours every month and gives us clear financial reports. We can send emails and SMS directly from the platform, so communication is more organized and consistent. The mobile app with push notifications has been a big benefit because we can instantly inform members about events, updates, and reminders, which has increased engagement and participation.

**What do you like best about Gracely?**

I use Gracely for all aspects of Church office administration. I really like the home page and the opportunity to design it to introduce our church. The homepage allows me to utilize colors, fonts, and give information that pertains to our church specifically. I like it so much that I have started a new account for my own business. It is a very easy process to switch. I give it a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague because I was my first recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Gracely?**

I must be careful of sending text as Gracely only allows a certain amount of text monthly. Although I do understand that the company must make money, I do not feel that we should get charged to text members and the members cannot use the phone number to text back.

**What problems is Gracely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gracely helps me track donations, handle group communications, send large emails, manage new member registrations, and post church announcements.

Gracely has made a big impact on how we manage and communicate within our church. As the website admin, I appreciate how easy it is to update ministries, create custom forms, and keep members informed with accurate events and announcements. The member app is a huge plus—it allows members to update their own profiles and stay connected, which has reduced a lot of administrative work.

One of the standout features is their responsiveness. The Gracely team is very receptive to feedback and quick to fix any glitches or issues. They consistently make updates, which gives us confidence in the platform and shows they truly care about improving the user experience.

I like Gracely mostly because it has a very helpful interface. It's easy to use, made for ease with one-click actions for everything. I appreciate that it's instinctive. The initial setup was very easy, and the Gracely support team was amazing. They handled the onboarding for us after we sent them our data and details, which was just great.

Gracely will add more features undoubtedly because it's a new tool, but I think everything that is in Gracely works fine.

**What do you like best about Gracely?**

I find Gracely incredibly helpful for keeping our directory of membership, allowing easy access to contact information and photos, which can be shared with class members. I also appreciate its functionality in sending announcements about upcoming events and special information needed. I particularly like the calendar feature, which is vital for tracking birthdays, anniversaries, and significant church and Sunday school events. What stands out most for me is the ease with which I can open the app, pull up a member, and either send a text, call them, or get a map to their home by just clicking a button, making communication and relationships much easier. I'm also impressed by the incredibly responsive staff at Gracely, who quickly address any issues and concerns, making the app more functional and user-friendly. The initial setup was incredibly easy, although entering calendar events manually was necessary, but overall, it made for a very smooth transition.

We had a problem with the calendar. It was fixed within two weeks.

I find Gracely much more user-friendly and intuitive than other programs I've used, making it easier for parishioners to navigate. I like that the team at Gracely has taken many hours to study other systems and speak with church professionals about what are key components necessary for their day-to-day functions. This effort shows they care about making a product that is useful and valuable, not just a mass-produced, one-size-fits-all app. The initial setup with Gracely was very smooth, facilitating an easy transition. Its intuitive and user-friendly nature helps with onboarding people, and I appreciate that Gracely uses Stripe, which is a great connection to have.

I’d love to see them include financial accounting software that integrates with programs like QuickBooks or Ramp.

**What do you like best about Gracely?**

Currently we are using Gracely for communicating with our congregation. In the past it was mostly word of mouth or phone calls. Now we can simply send an email to everyone, or just a group of people.
We have had a couple problems with the app, but the Gracely people responded quickly and found a solution for us. The are also working on improving the app and are asking for way to improve it.

The recording of contributions needs some work.

We didn't have a good way to communicate information on our services, projects, events and things of that nature because we didn't have a lot of our parishioners contact information. By registering them through the Gracely app, we now have that information. We are hoping to begin using the "Giving" platform in the near future for both normal contributions and for fundraiser payments.

**What do you like best about Gracely?**

I appreciate how easy the interface of Gracely is. I really didn’t need a whole lot of training coming from other software. It's very intuitive and easy to follow up. When I had a question regarding the giving portal, Socrates was really quick to respond and get me all the information I needed, so their customer service was phenomenal. Gracely has made managing giving, tracking, and communication with our church easy on a budget, which is a top priority for us. I can't say enough about the overall experience as we've been very blessed with the Gracely team.

**What do you dislike about Gracely?**

I haven't found anything that doesn't work well. They do seem to have a church chat portal that I would love to see go live. I tried to activate it, but it didn't appear to work. That's something I would see as an extra value. Our church being able to chat regarding prayer requests and other things happening in the church would be a huge benefit.

Gracely helps us manage our small church effectively by offering an affordable package with great features like giving, tracking, and communication, saving us money compared to competitors.

I love how Gracely is an easy-to-use system, so you don’t have to be tech certified to use it. The calendar is a nice feature. The initial setup was 100% hassle-free.

I think all of the bugs should have been worked out before Gracely went live. We find things daily that should be tweaked or fixed. The groups don’t work properly; the leader isn’t able to send messages unless you make them an admin.

Gracely is easy to use without tech certification, and the calendar is a nice feature. However, it doesn't solve specific problems, and bugs are present. Leaders can't send messages without being admins.

Setting up Gracely was very simple and easy the implement, from Form creation to ministry updates and portal management, it simplifies daily admin tasks and improves how we connect with our congregation. As a church website admin, it’s been a huge help in keeping everything running smoothly. Customer service is tip notch, they respond within 24 hours or less. We use Gracely every day.

Dislike the group leaders do not recieve an automated email when new volunteers join.

We used to juggle multiple tools for forms, communication, member data, and event management. Gracely brings all of that into one platform. Tasks like updating ministries, tracking members, and sending announcements used to be time-consuming. Gracely automates and simplifies those processes.Without a centralized portal, members were less engaged. Gracely’s member directory and communication tools make it easy for everyone to stay connected and involved. It was difficult to get a clear picture of who was involved where. Gracely gives ministry leaders access to real-time info and tools to manage their teams.

**What do you like best about Gracely?**

It took me less than a day to set the platform up and to begin onboarding our church data. I work on it daily to communicate church events and other important messages. 
I particularly enjoyed how easy it is to import membership data into the software. 
Also, the platform layout is really simple and easy to use. 
Events have a variety of customization options that make for great event planning and scheduling. And I must not forget to mention that the Gracey team has done a great job with volunteer scheduling as a major part of the software. This makes things really simple for us as a church. 
One significant thing as well is the prompt support you get from the team. It is a wonderful customer experience with Gracely.

**What do you dislike about Gracely?**

I loved everything about Gracey, and would love to see a few improvements 
Groups would work great if members could communicate with each other. 
Church portal would also be great as a mobile app.

**What problems is Gracely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, Gracely is a blessing to me as a pastor and to our church community. 
The software has taken the stress out of church management and has given us an easy-to-use solution to manage daily church tasks and operations. 
Gracely has also made volunteer scheduling as easy as clicking a few times on the mouse of my computer. It is so easy that using it in Cameroon feels like it's part of our church culture.

The only thing I can think of is having to refresh a page any time something is added. Would be great if the pages automatically refresh when changes are made.
