It’s my favorite place to navigate throughout the day. In my job, I always need CAD data in different types of formats and from different sources to check the quality of a CAD system. Honestly, this library makes all the difference for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about GrabCAD Library? The login system isn’t smooth. It often fails to remember my password, and logging in with Gmail single sign-on doesn’t work reliably. The library filter also needs improvement, and I’d like to see an AI search feature added. It helps me gather all types of CAD files from different sources to validate a CAD system. Many models are present in multiple file formats to avoid having to convert and possibly loose data, polygons or textures in the process. I did not find file formats speicific to BIM software which was being used. Some models also had trouble loading all the textures in Twinmotion which made my work a bit frustating. Providing models to the community to build upon so that developers and designers don't have to start from scratch. I like that they have groups and tutorials. It feels like a niche forum.
