What do you dislike about GQueues?

How it removes a date I put into a task subject area. I have to put parentheses around it so it won’t do that. I also wish I could change the color of the tabs within a queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GQueues solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am much more efficient and can manage my many tasks a lot easier. I can communicate needed action items with my boss a lot better and stay on top of what has to be completed and when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GQueues?

(I use the paid version so I get all features) Love that I can customize it to my personal needs with the large amount of features. And that it integrates with Google Calendar and on my phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It Just Works"

What do you like best about GQueues?

Adding an email as a task to Gqueues on my phone and having it appear on my computer. Also, I like having shared queues with our team. Life is so much easier. The tags are the icing on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Task List - Easy for Team Use"

What do you like best about GQueues?

It is easy to enter a task, add some subtasks, and then assign dates, times, who is responsible, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GQueues?

The integration with Google Calendar is a good idea but the execution is a bit rough. Checking items off in the calendar does not feed back to the list and it also does not look good on the calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to assign tasks and track whether they are complete or not. It allows us to make sure everything is getting done as well as providing a mechanism should anyone be absent to ensure they are covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GQueues?

I have projects with many subtasks, so I enjoy being able to make infinitely many subtasks. I like its integration with GCal, so that you can even check off tasks from the Calendar. The IFTTT email integration is also nice, so starred emails automatically go through to the gQueues inbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GQueues?

I have switched to primarily using Firefox, and the functionality is a bit diminished compared to Chrome in the case of interacting in GCal. I dislike that queues cannot be dragged into other queues to become subqueues. There are also occasional crashes that can be fixed by clearing cookies/browser history. Also, any uploaded images get uploaded to your GDrive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Too many tasks - GQueues keeps me focused and organised MY WAY."

What do you like best about GQueues?

At first Gqueues seems basic, but then you realise you can use it several different ways. GTD / ZTD. The Secret Weapon. Lots of methods and GQueues can adopt any one of these. Use Queues for context and tags for priority. Dates for review, and smart queues (think filters that you can sort and group - amazing) can arrange these tasks to suit anything. What do you dislike about GQueues?

You need to work out how to make it work for you. Some todo lists will force you into a style and that's great. Gqueues can mimic any other method - that's its strength. Just think if you want one queue or separate queues - dort by tasks or by date. that sort of thing. Only improvement I'd like to filter out future dates in a Queue without using the smart queues filter. Cameron may do this in the future - he's pretty good like that. in 4 years I have seen a lot of development. If he doesn't I can still work around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GQueues solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a small business so teams aren't a problem. I still give them a shared Queue. Mostly its collecting everything and getting them into a priority (tag Most important, urgent) and having a review (date) that means I can't forget anything - I can put something into the future and it will come back to me.
