# Best individual task manager for mac and Google Workforce I used Omnifocus for years when running 1,000+ employee companies and it was great. Could modify and manage by department - though it has a learning curve associated with it. Not running a company last few years so switched to Things 3.0 to try out. Easy and flexible but doesn't quite give me the control I'm looking for. New company is standardized on Google Workforce and I'm looking at Todoist and GQueues.
