"Seamless Salesforce Integration, Boosted Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?

I really like using GPTfy:AI for Salesforce as it streamlines our sales and support operations directly with Salesforce. It's great that it helps us automate repetitive tasks, provides insights from CRM data, and improves responses across customer-facing processes. The fact that GPTfy:AI is fully Salesforce native makes adoption, security, and governance much easier. I also appreciate the flexibility to build custom AI use cases tailored to our needs without heavy development effort. The platform has improved team productivity, reduced manual effort, and provides faster access to actionable information. I like its seamless Salesforce experience and ease of use, allowing our teams to leverage it within existing workflows without switching between tools. The customization, along with strong security and governance capabilities, is a huge plus. I appreciate how quickly teams can start seeing value and that the setup and adoption process is straightforward. Additionally, the platform supports a wide range of use cases and offers flexibility based on our business needs. The platform's responsiveness and continuous feature improvements have been very positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?

One area that could be improved is the overall learning curve for advanced configuration and customer cases. While the platform is powerful, it requires a deeper understanding for new users or administrators. We would like to see continued onboarding guidance and performance optimization for larger enterprise-scale deployments. It would be helpful to have more setup options, templates, and simple guides to help teams get started faster, especially for customer support use cases. More pre-built templates and best practices for handling cases, escalations, and recommendations would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines CRM Workflows with Seamless Salesforce Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?

I use GPTfy:AI for Salesforce to speed up day-to-day Salesforce workflows and reduce repetitive manual work. It helps with generating summaries, drafting responses, understanding CRM data faster, and improving overall productivity for sales and support-related tasks. The integration with Salesforce makes it convenient to use without constantly switching between tools. What I like most is how naturally it fits into existing Salesforce workflows without feeling complicated. The AI responses are fast, relevant, and actually useful for day-to-day tasks like summarizing records, generating drafts, and pulling insights from data. It saves a noticeable amount of time and makes repetitive CRM work much easier. I also like that the interface feels clean and easy to use, so adoption across teams is pretty smooth. The Salesforce integration is probably one of the biggest advantages because it keeps everything inside the existing workflow instead of requiring separate AI tools or tabs. Features like record summarization help quickly understand account history or customer interactions without reading through long notes manually. Draft generation is useful for creating follow-up messages or internal updates much faster, especially during busy workdays. The insights feature also helps surface important information from CRM data that might otherwise get overlooked. Overall, it saves time, improves productivity, and helps teams respond faster and more consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?

One area that could still improve is customization for different team workflows and use cases. Sometimes, the AI-generated responses may need a bit of manual tweaking depending on the context or company-specific terminology. It would also be great to see even deeper analytics and more configurable automation options over time. It would be helpful to have more flexibility in tailoring prompts, workflows, and response styles for different teams like sales, support, or customer success. More advanced analytics around AI usage, productivity impact, and customer engagement trends could also add a lot of value. For automation, deeper support for multi-step workflows and easier no-code configuration options would make the platform even more powerful for larger teams managing complex processes. "GPTfy Voice Commands Made Salesforce Updates Effortless for Our Field Sales Team"
5/5
What do you like best about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?

Our field sales team is always traveling to meet clients, so by consequence, they completely neglect the manual data entry inside Salesforce. The pipeline data was a total disaster because nobody wants to type notes on a mobile app in their car. We looked at Agentforce for their voice agent capabilities, but mon dieu, it is so developer-heavy. Trying to connect it to our external ERP caused massive API connection failures and a terrible latency lag that made it unusable for a live rep.

Fortunately, GPTfy gave us a native, fully declarative alternative without this heavy data bureaucracy. Now, our reps literally talk directly to Salesforce via voice commands to log meetings, change opportunity stages, and trigger tasks using our existing Flows.

Also, the automated pre-meeting briefings are incredible. Before a rep enters a customer office, the agent reviews the account history. If the agent finds a deficiency... like a missing past quote number... it flags this gap and verbally briefs the rep on exactly what details they must clarify during the meeting. It completely eliminates the administrative

grunt work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?

The user interface inside the module for the automated testing framework is not very elegant. When you run automated test scripts to simulate the voice token inputs and multi-agent workflows in the sandbox, the engine is perfect at making sure the prompts do not break across different LLMs. With Agentforce, we always had silent failures where agents just stopped executing because of conflicting rules. GPTfy prevents this completely, but reviewing the multi-step test logs is very exhausting for the eyes when a simulation fails. They must improve the visual presentation of this dashboard to save our time, even if avoiding the strict Salesforce vendor lock-in makes this a minor detail.
