Gptfy is a great fit for anyone who needs an AF-style setup and actually cares about bottom-line impact and predictability. It feels especially well-suited for mid-market to enterprise teams that want to scale automated background actions across their standard CRM records without watching the budget disappear into conversation credits. If you need clear visibility into how your agents are running through automated testing, and you also want a one-click AppExchange deployment, this is exactly what you should buy.

**What do you dislike about GPTfy:AI for Salesforce?**

While the native automated testing framework is an absolute lifesaver for simulating live telephony paths and making sure our agents don’t hallucinate script parameters in our sandbox, the UI for reviewing execution logs feels a bit dated. Since GPTfy gives us total BYOM flexibility to swap between OpenAI, Gemini, and DeepSeek without vendor lock-in, we rely heavily on the testing engine to ensure our voice prompts don’t break across dfferent models. The underlying logic works perfectly every time, but the layout for failure-history logs could be cleaner and easier to scan, which would cut down on admin click-fatigue during system updates. Still, getting this depth of enterprise testing control without Agentforce’s massive per-conversation bills is an incredible advantage.

We run a high-volume collections agency, and my human reps were wasting hours every day making minor, low-value outbound dials that rarely connected or led to a real conversation. We desperately needed an agentic platform to automate the initial outreach, but Agentforce’s pricing model is an absolute nightmare for budgeting. Another thing I appreciate is not having to depend on Datacloud, which has significantly solved our budget issues. The initial setup was pretty easy too, even for our team who doesn't know coding.

With GPTfy:AI, I can easily create our own AI bot which makes our work really fast, sometimes completing tasks in just a few seconds. The initial setup was also very easy, taking only about 10 to 15 minutes.

I use GPTfy:AI for Salesforce mainly for logging meeting notes post-call and accessing Salesforce data directly in MS Copilot. The biggest advantage is saving the manual effort involved in logging meeting notes and follow-up tasks inside Salesforce. GPTfy bypasses all the manual work by providing AI-generated insights and action items. What I like most about GPTfy is that it's a complete agentic platform, scalable according to the company using it. We started with logging meeting summaries but expanded to automating the case deflection process on the service side. It helped us automate FAQ-type case deflection, case routing, case summary, and AI-proposed resolutions using our company's knowledge base. Now, all the basic FAQ-type cases are completely automated, and service reps have all details and resolutions pre-populated when they open a case. The initial setup was pretty declarative, and our team was comfortable getting used to GPTfy.

Our field sales team is always traveling to meet clients, so by consequence, they completely neglect the manual data entry inside Salesforce. The pipeline data was a total disaster because nobody wants to type notes on a mobile app in their car. We looked at Agentforce for their voice agent capabilities, but mon dieu, it is so developer-heavy. Trying to connect it to our external ERP caused massive API connection failures and a terrible latency lag that made it unusable for a live rep.

Fortunately, GPTfy gave us a native, fully declarative alternative without this heavy data bureaucracy. Now, our reps literally talk directly to Salesforce via voice commands to log meetings, change opportunity stages, and trigger tasks using our existing Flows.

Also, the automated pre-meeting briefings are incredible. Before a rep enters a customer office, the agent reviews the account history. If the agent finds a deficiency... like a missing past quote number... it flags this gap and verbally briefs the rep on exactly what details they must clarify during the meeting. It completely eliminates the administrative
grunt work.

The user interface inside the module for the automated testing framework is not very elegant. When you run automated test scripts to simulate the voice token inputs and multi-agent workflows in the sandbox, the engine is perfect at making sure the prompts do not break across different LLMs. With Agentforce, we always had silent failures where agents just stopped executing because of conflicting rules. GPTfy prevents this completely, but reviewing the multi-step test logs is very exhausting for the eyes when a simulation fails. They must improve the visual presentation of this dashboard to save our time, even if avoiding the strict Salesforce vendor lock-in makes this a minor detail.

This platform is best suited for companies looking at the Agentforce vision but needing a solution that works natively with their existing infrastructure. Additionally, some inconsistencies among AI models could also be a source of irritation for those users who require intricate control over the models.

There are multiple points to be considered very good .. here are a few relevant me : 

~ Helped alot in routine data entry tasks and record updations
