gPanel really helps us have visibility on our users and the data around them. We are able to provide better support for them with this tool and find things we may not have been able to find before. I love being able to edit attributes of a user that are normally hidden in the regular Google Admin console. We frequently use gPanel more than Admin for things like forwarding and delegating emails, transferring Google Drives, and just general account administration. With being able to choose between v1 and v2 of gPanel, it is a little weird how most things work on v1, but some things you have to switch to v2 for. It may contradict my liked answer a little but there has been rare occassions that certain users haven't synced over from admin console. So I've had to actually do a manual refresh or 'index' to get the data I need. As stated on the best side, the customer support has been helpful, however, the finance team hasn't been very helpful. Gpanel offers quality features that are not available in the standard Google Admin console. It is a good solution for centralized control of our Google Workspace. It is relatively easy to use with some learning curve required as with all admin tools. gPanel customer support is good quality. This is great alternative of google admin panel, there is no easy way to do a few frequently requested things in google admin console like Delegating access, file and calendar permission, gpanel made it easy the helpdesk team can easily perform these tasks.
