**What do you like best about GP Travel Enterprise?**

Previously, we had to juggle between emails, Excel spreadsheets, and supplier portals just to obtain a quote. Now, thanks to the dynamic packaging engine, my team can create complex, multi-destination itineraries in just a few minutes. I also appreciate how the automation of business rules has streamlined our workflow. Margins and commissions are now calculated automatically, which has virtually eliminated human error.

**What do you dislike about GP Travel Enterprise?**

The user interface is highly functional and packed with information. It clearly favors data density over aesthetic design, which is great for power users. However, this approach can be a bit much for new junior staff during their initial onboarding week, as it may feel overwhelming at first.

**What problems is GP Travel Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The speed to market has been a game changer for us. Previously, generating a complex DMC quote would take up to 48 hours, but now we can complete the process in less than an hour. This improvement in turnaround time has had a direct impact on our conversion rate, as we are able to deliver proposals to agents much more quickly than our competitors.

**What do you like best about GP Travel Enterprise?**

The modular architecture was the one thing that stood out for us. Unlike boxed solutions that force you to change your business logic, GP Travel Enterprise let us keep our unique workflows and modernize the backend. The API connectivity is great: we've integrated two major GDSs as well as several niche bed banks without developing some form of custom connector from scratch. Also, the dev team at GP Solutions is top-tier; we need not tell them much about travel tech. They get it all and don't need us to explain basic concepts like markups or allocations.

**What do you dislike about GP Travel Enterprise?**

This is a real enterprise system and not a light-weight SaaS. The learning curve is steep for the admin panel because there are so many configuration options. You really do need a dedicated product owner on your side to manage the setup properly.

**What problems is GP Travel Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were running on an 15-year-old legacy which crashed during the peak seasons. GP Travel Enterprise provided us with a stable cloud-ready foundation. We’ve consolidated our B2B portal and our internal booking engine into one portal, which has cut our IT maintenance costs by around 40% and has helped us tremendously with uptime of the system.

**What do you like best about GP Travel Enterprise?**

It scales with you. When we were starting to look, we needed a partner not just a vendor. GP Solutions gave us the platform and the custom touch to align it specifically for our niche market. The multi-currency and multi-language support works perfectly out of the box, which proved to be crucial for our expansion into the Asian market this year.

**What do you dislike about GP Travel Enterprise?**

The implementation timeline took more time than we initially predicted. Because the system is so flexible, we did a lot of work with the “definition phase”, figuring out what exactly we wanted the system to be. It's not a sign-up-and-get-started-today kind of tool.

**What problems is GP Travel Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It broke our bottleneck for connectivity. We wanted to sell our direct inventory to the global aggregators but didn’t have the tech to do it. GP Travel Enterprise’s standardized APIs enabled us to plug into major distribution channels instantly and open up totally new streams of revenue that we previously would not have been able to do technically.

**What do you like best about GP Travel Enterprise?**

We like that GP Travel Enterprise provides an enterprise-grade foundation to handle our complex travel operations. With the Enterprise Management Module, we can configure intricate business rules, set up automated manager approval workflows, budget limits by department/role, and restrict booking options to comply with our corporate travel policy. And that’s all within one system. As our team travels globally, GPTE centralizes access to multiple GDSs and consolidators, and we get one interface for global flights, hotels, and car hire. This saves tremendous time compared to checking multiple vendor sites.

**What do you dislike about GP Travel Enterprise?**

It is a very complex system with quite an overwhelming feature set built to sell travel, and some modules can be irrelevant if your company uses it for internal corporate travel needs. Luckily, you don’t have to pay for excessive complexity you don't use and can connect the modules you need.

**What problems is GP Travel Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GP Travel Enterprise blocks out-of-policy bookings, which eliminates post-trip negotiations and ensures budget adherence. All global travel options are aggregated into a single corporate self-booking tool. We also use the Inventory Module to load our preferred negotiated corporate rates for key vendor hotels near our offices, ensuring they are always prioritized. Travel expense data is automatically piped into our internal ERP system, reducing the time our finance team spends on reconciling corporate card statements. Thus we gain real-time analytics on company-wide travel spending.

**What do you like best about GP Travel Enterprise?**

What we really like about GP Travel Enterprise is its reliable stability, which motivates us to use the platform frequently, and it can grow with our requirements. They also offer superb customer service and are always eager to help with our comments. Because of its modular design, GP Travel Enterprise is effortless to use. Also, you don't have to deal with a rigid monolith where you pay for a lot of unnecessary features and can opt for those you actually need. This, in turn, speeds up the processes of putting things into action and making them work together. And their API connection is also great, with multiple suppliers available.

Not detected, the software fully meets our expectations and desires

**What problems is GP Travel Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We didn't have to build a complete online booking tool from the ground up, which saves us time and money on development. Major features (search, booking, payment processing, and itinerary management) are already there and are constantly expanding by the tech vendor. The product handles greatly the complexity of connecting to flights, hotels, car rentals, etc., which is a great challenge in travel management.

**What do you like best about GP Travel Enterprise?**

I love the fact that we were able to bring our entire travel management process under one roof. The platform's automation features have been a lifesaver, cutting down on the manual work for my sales team and letting them focus on clients. The dashboards are incredibly useful, giving us a clear view of our spending and travel habits without having to pull data from a dozen different places. The support team is also excellent. They're always there when we need them.

**What do you dislike about GP Travel Enterprise?**

While the platform is excellent, it would be great to see even more granular customization options for some of the reporting dashboards in future updates.

**What problems is GP Travel Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're now able to solve the problem of fragmented travel data and inefficient booking processes. The benefits we've seen are a direct result of the product's efficiency: a more streamlined workflow for our sales reps, better visibility into our travel expenses, and a noticeable increase in overall team productivity.
