I love the connectivity to linked to then be able to have it write high personalized emails to the contacts that you were able to get their information. The onboarding is not as intuitive, and probably for someone more skilled than I it wouldn't be a problem. They had free 1:1 onboarding so very nice of them to have. I like the concept, but unfortunately, it's very poorly managed. and support is completely MIA. I've soent too much of my life trying to get something very simple fixed only go around in circles.
