What problems is GoZen Growth solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoZen Growth is a cold-email solution that we're continuing to evaluate. Cold email is a great way to reach a large audience, and GoZen Growth seems promising for such use.

I'm still learning about GoZen Growth, but my initial impressions are very positive (will update this review later after extended use). I've been using a competitor for a while now, but I wanted to give GoZen Grow a try as a backup solution. So far, I'm impressed with how easy it is to use, and I find it to have a really comprehensive set of features and support has been solid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoZen Growth?

Have all the basics features for email sending, tracking, campgian and autopmations.

Newsletter/Email design have good setting options.

What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?

I understand is new platform but there is still improvment of UX and UI that need to do.

Confusing UI, on most of the sections, wording could be use better, few bugs, after 5 min of inactivity on the browser tab the platfrom will logout.

Integration is limit (no Make/Zapier) Webhook is limit.

Automation create random list tags, confusing.

Popup template are limited and overall design settings option very limited.

What do you like best about GoZen Growth?

I've found GoZen Growth to be the ideal solution for my needs, particularly in cold emailing and maintaining connections with my subscriber base. The automation feature is impressive; it functions smoothly and has a visually appealing interface. I especially appreciate the drip campaign functionality, which allows me to engage my subscribers over several months automatically, saving me significant time and effort. GoZen Growth is the all-in-one tool with single console for all Marketing needs.

It is a tool that has single console for managing all the marketing activities. It has seamless integration of cold outreach and e-mail marketing features. Best part is it has email warm-up, inbox rotation, custom domain tracking, sign-up forms, and push notifications. Having all this at affordable cost is overwhelming. It solves all the requirments which any business wants in digital marketing. Very important which most of the email marketing tool misses is email warm up which is very important to start any campaign is available. Beyond this it has plenty of Templates which help to start the campaigns. To top up it has the automation, building the customer list and email sequence. What do you like best about GoZen Growth?

Absolutly complete software, a lot of tutorials, and the support is amazing.

A number of really powerfull integrations, and the plan I adquired alows me to use it a lot, I´m not limited like with other softwares out there. I use make to integrate it with other tools in my toolset

What do you like best about GoZen Growth?

GoZen Growth allows me to send prospecting emails in a professional manner. A huge added value is being able to send these from multiple emails, which reduces the risk of being blocked by email distribution filters. "A Game Changer for My Small Business"

What do you like best about GoZen Growth?

GoZen Growth has been a revelation for my small business.

As a solopreneur, I was overwhelmed by the prospect of managing email marketing myself. I would need a good CRM that are not very expensive.

GoZen Growth is with intuitive interface. Its comprehensive features have made it a breeze to create engaging email campaigns and automate follow-ups.

I hope it would be with more templates to help user to easily start building a template.

What do you like best about GoZen Growth?

The main reason that I purhased the Software is the function for warming email accounts to avoid the Spam foler of the receiver, apart from the high limits and the AI assistance for writing the emails. The main interface is user friendly and you can easily navigate between all the GoZen Products through the menu button on the top right. Until now I have used it mostly for warming two mail accounts that I use for email campaigns with another tool. My goal was to start using it soon but because of a lot of bugs I gave up. What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?

It still has some bugs in the Automation option and a lot to be developed. One other thing that has to be improved is the attribute section that misses a lot of features too. Lack of integration with Zappier, but it already has the option to integrade Pabbly connect (the customer support says it is on their road map so I am confident). The most important thing that has to be improved under my point of view is the customer service. They are polite and friendly (when they answer) but the main problem is that when you contact them through their chat for any problem / bug, 4/5 times they just ignore you. This does not make me feel comfortable at all. I can imagine having a campaign running and facing a bug or any type of problem, contacting them and receive just "ignoring". No I am sorry but even if it promises a lot, if the customer service is inexistence I give up. I asked full refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
