What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?
GoZen offers an extensive suite of products designed to help businesses grow, engage, and optimize their online presence. Arguably one of GoZen's most positive attributes is also, regrettably, what makes it somewhat frustrating to use at times. The platform's multifaceted and thorough service solutions truly shine when each component part (Growth, Content, Forms, Engage, Optinly) is used in tandem and coordination with the others. However, because each piece is often marketed and sold separately, the individual components can feel incomplete and somewhat disjointed.
The GoZen Growth solution, in particular, stands out as a strong tool. Yet, the overall experience feels like being sold something half-baked. This isn't due to a lack of capability but rather how the products are packaged and sold. It seems like an acquisition strategy that inadvertently leads to a bait & switch feeling, which doesn't fairly reflect the impressive capabilities the platform can actually deliver.
My humble recommendation to GoZen:
Market it as an all-in-one solution: Offer the full suite at a higher price that truly reflects the premium value of your comprehensive services.
Allow for customization post-purchase: Once customers see the value in the complete package, give them the option to drop certain components they don't need for a modest discount. This way, you showcase the full potential of GoZen first, then offer a fair "pay-for-what-you-need/use" adjustment.
Leading with a stripped-down version purely to lower the entry price point undercuts your own value. Customers who see and experience the full power of your platform are more likely to stick around and grow with you. This approach will likely reduce churn and attract more committed users, rather than those who are left unimpressed by a watered-down initial offering.
In summary, GoZen has impressive capabilities that deserve to be showcased in their entirety. By adjusting the marketing strategy to highlight the full suite first, GoZen can better convey its strengths and retain more valuable long-term customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
