There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning, and documentation could have been done better. Customer support could also be improved. I purchased GoZen Growth back in February 2024 and have been using it about four months now.

It was a little bit "clunky" originally but the team appears to have done an excellent job being responsive and has made a number of improvements.

It has a very easy-to-use interface and dashboard. offers a decent selection of templates and an editor for easy email personalization (ie. no coding required).

Overall, this is an excellent product for startups or people who don't have an IT team or extensive technical knowledge. It's straightforward to set up and integrate with other tools and can help get you to the "next level".

Analytics are great and will help analyze campaign effectiveness. Simple, customizable, good integration, and excellent customer support.

Not a lot of downsides really. Any issues I once had with it have been addressed by customer service. It's not QUITE as polished as some other products just yet but if GoZen Growth keeps on it's current trajectory of improvement I hope to eliminate those other products from my stack by the end of the year. When reaching out to their support it takes weeks to get a response and you never get the problem resolved... I setup a demo call for one of my team leads and the guy that met with him was very rude and would not help him unless I was in the meeting with then stating and I quote "I have some things I would like to sell him, make sure he is here next time". I enjoy being able to add some brief information and Gozen will turn it into an email sequence, its easy to use and edit the emails in the campaigns. I like the features and being able to segment the mailing list. There are alot of great featurs with GoZen, and it is one of my definite go to tools for marketing.
