Even the templates are so much more appealing than the other platform I was using and are a lot easier to use and tailor to what I actually want to see. They can take days for reply back and incomplete info but once you figure things out is great. Even with this dowside I still recommend it! Just be patient that one is up and running it does great! I own a small business w/ a very small team but I have to say that this product seems like it's going to be extremely valuable to us. Right out the box it's very easy to jump in and get started. Very little to zero learning curve. All the features seem well thought out and well organized. I love the AI writing assistance. Very helpful! I love the email warmup feature. Awesome! I love the drip campaigns. Massive help for my team! We're just getting started w/ this product but it feels like a keeper that's going to be our toolkit for years to come. The only weird thing is that the warmup email process seems to put your email address into a "warmup pool" so you get a lot of random emails from other users that are warming up an email address. It's a small price to pay for knowing that your emails are becoming more and more deliverable and less of them will end up in the spam folder of your intended recipient. It helps me write much better emails than I would on my own. I also love the drip email system. I know a lot of other platforms have this but for some reason this one just seems to make the most sense for me. I really like it and it's easy to setup. For me this takes a huge burden of follow up emails off my plate. Follow up emails always seem to be a low priority for me even though I know how important they are. GoZen has helped me solve this. They extremely slow for a 24/7 online app and the help provided is unsatisfactory, often leaving issues unresolved.
