I'm a solo consultant and have been in business for 7 years now. While my business has thrived on word-of-mouth referrals, I recognize that I can perhaps build an even stronger business by getting serious about email marketing. I purchased GoZen Growth with the intent to use it as my de facto platform for these activities. I have tinkered with other tools in the past, like Mail Chimp and Moosend, but the comprehensiveness and price of this tool convinced me to buy. While I do not have tangible business results at the moment as I am a newish customer, my time spent learning the platform is helping me envision the multiple ways I can enhance my brand. I found GoZen Growth to be an exceptional all-in-one email marketing and cold outreach platform that can potentially revolutionize the way businesses engage with their audience. I have been using it for a few months and am very happy with this. GoZen Growth has a simple and intuitive user interface which a non-tech person like me could also follow easily. It also has excellent automation capabilities. For instance, it allows users to set up pretty complex workflows, saving a lot of time. In my opinion, GoZen Growth offers excellent value for money. It allows me to grow unhindered, as I can take on unlimited subscribers here. There are several hundred HTML templates. This saves me having to think about and design everything myself. It's also important that I can operate everything very easily via smartphone because the interface is so good. It is also important that the use of AI is integrated as a matter of course. GoZen is now my 4th email automation tool. I switch quickly when I realise that the tool doesn't suit me and my needs after all. I will most likely stay with GoZen. GoZen Growth helps me to increase the deliverability of emails through automatic warm-up, intelligent campaign functions and push notifications. It prevents my emails from ending up in spam folders. I can gradually increase the send volume for new and inactive email accounts to improve my email sending reputation - without triggering ESP alerts. With the analytics dashboard, I can track how many reheated emails end up in the right inbox. I purchased GoZen Growth back in February 2024 and have been using it about four months now. It was a little bit "clunky" originally but the team appears to have done an excellent job being responsive and has made a number of improvements. It has a very easy-to-use interface and dashboard. offers a decent selection of templates and an editor for easy email personalization (ie. no coding required). Overall, this is an excellent product for startups or people who don't have an IT team or extensive technical knowledge. It's straightforward to set up and integrate with other tools and can help get you to the "next level". Analytics are great and will help analyze campaign effectiveness. Simple, customizable, good integration, and excellent customer support. I'll give it an 8 out of 10 for now but I suspect it will be a 9 or 10 soon enough if they keep improving on it as they have. It's not QUITE as polished as some other products just yet but if GoZen Growth keeps on it's current trajectory of improvement I hope to eliminate those other products from my stack by the end of the year. I setup a demo call for one of my team leads and the guy that met with him was very rude and would not help him unless I was in the meeting with then stating and I quote "I have some things I would like to sell him, make sure he is here next time". One of the best aspects of Gozen Growth is the ease of implementation. As a startup, I needed a solution that wouldn’t take up too much time or require extensive technical knowledge. Gozen Growth exceeded my expectations by being incredibly straightforward to set up and use.
