Scheduled campaigns would not get triggered on time, mostly required me to email customer support. Customer support also took a long time to respond. I eventually just used the platform mainly for warming up my emails and had to go back to using mailer lite for reliability. I bought a lifetime deal through appsumo, and now, Gozen growth has revoked my credits and changed my subscription to a free tier. Apparently they are having issues with app sumo.. My business suffers, yet i have nothing to do with their issues. Clearly they are trying to leverage us to get what they want from AppSumo.. buyers/subscribers BE WARNED!!!!! **What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?** Please improve your business practice, and platform reliability. **What problems is GoZen Growth solving and how is that benefiting you?** automating email outreach, follow ups, onboarding, email lists, campaigns. This review is for the future interested users of ZenGrowth so they do not fall in the same trap as we and a lot of other users did. It doesn't fulfill its most basic function, collecting data from a form. **What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?** There is nothing salvageable, as even the value of the tool is low if you cannot use it as expected. Worse yet, support is not available on weekends, and when you meet with them, they don't know how to explain their own tool. If you ask for a tutorial, they send you one for a different tool in Gozen and then don't respond further. The tutorials and instructions are insufficient; when following them, essential steps are missing, and when you open the tutorial link, they show you actions that need to be done after completing the steps you are following. Really, nothing makes sense and support offers no help. Avoid the frustrations; even if it's free, you will waste your time. It's not easy to use either; you need to figure out how to handle the segmentation tools and others. There is nothing positive: you will only waste time creating surveys and flows, only for them to stop working or not record data from one day to the next. It's useless. And the support is equally deficient. They claim "I'm here 24/7 in a few minutes," which is completely false. If you write to them on a Friday afternoon, expect to wait until Monday for a response. And if you're in the southern hemisphere, you're lucky if they respond the next day. Even if it's very cheap, it's not worth what it costs. Gozen cannot be trusted. I have asked for a refund on HyperReach which I purchased directly from them in July 2024. The main interface is user friendly and you can easily navigate between all the GoZen Products through the menu button on the top right. Until now I have used it mostly for warming two mail accounts that I use for email campaigns with another tool. My goal was to start using it soon but because of a lot of bugs I gave up. **What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?** It still has some bugs in the Automation option and a lot to be developed. One other thing that has to be improved is the attribute section that misses a lot of features too. Lack of integration with Zappier, but it already has the option to integrade Pabbly connect (the customer support says it is on their road map so I am confident). The most important thing that has to be improved under my point of view is the customer service. They are polite and friendly (when they answer) but the main problem is that when you contact them through their chat for any problem / bug, 4/5 times they just ignore you. This does not make me feel comfortable at all. I can imagine having a campaign running and facing a bug or any type of problem, contacting them and receive just "ignoring". No I am sorry but even if it promises a lot, if the customer service is inexistence I give up. I asked full refund. **What problems is GoZen Growth solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is easy to use, the price is fair comparing to other similar email marketing platforms, a lot of extras like option for warming email accounts, AI writer too, easy to use. To be honest im avery disapointed. We have worked over 1 month withthe Customer Service.
