What I absolutely love about GoZen is how straightforward it becomes once you get the hang of it. Initially, I struggled because I expected it to be as complex as other software I've tried. But to my surprise, it's incredibly user-friendly! For instance, creating lists and importing contacts is a breeze, unlike the hassles I've faced with two other programs. Plus, you get a notification from GoZen Growth when your lists are ready—how convenient is that? The email warm-up tool is another game-changer. I'll admit, at first, I was confused and thought my account had been hacked or that I'd been added to some random mailing list. But after reaching out to the GoZen Growth team, I learned that those emails were part of the warm-up process. Now, I'm thrilled with how effective it is. Setting up a "Smart Campaign" is amazingly easy. Having the option to create a campaign manually or with AI is great because when I don't have any ideas for writing my emails, I can use the AI to assist me. I had another software I was using, and trying to set up campaigns was an absolute nightmare. To add insult to injury, many of them would not execute on the scheduled day or time. GoZen, on the other hand, is simple to use without the fear of my emails not executing at their scheduled time. One thing that was a headache for me in my other software programs was integrating my personal email with the software itself. I honestly thought I would run into the same issue with GoZen, but I found the integration process with my professional email to be a breeze. Thanks to GoZen Growth, my prospecting efforts are paying off big time—I’ve already scheduled several appointments because I finally have a reliable emailing tool. No more incomplete emails or frustration! I'm genuinely excited about using GoZen Growth as my go-to email software from now on. Now that I have figured out the tool, I'm going to start using it it several times or more a week. I found this very complex to do, and the instructions didn't help me much. I will have to get more help from the GoZen team because some of the instructions they gave me did not work. I also wish the "Warmer Tool" was explained more because I ended up reporting many of the emails from the tool as spam or possibly phishing since I was not aware that emails would come to me with random letters attached to them at the end, which looked very odd. However, after using GoZen for several campaigns, I can confidently say that it has exceeded my expectations. Everyone takes a different amount of time to respond, so the ability to branch which messages are sent to people is very helpful because I can eiher send a reminder or a different flow depending upon which action they took.
