Additionally, I imported my mailing list from MailChimp and it came across seamlessly. The interface is clean and the process is relatively straightforward. Their support is responsive in a timely manner and helpful. It was easy to sign up and get started. I have been using the email warm-up function for almost 3 months now. **What do you dislike about GoZen Growth?** One of the things that I have had the most difficulty with is creating a sign up form. I went to be able to put a form on my website that allows users to enter their name and email address and be put onto my email list. The process has not been easy and after several attempts, I just gave up. It would be helpful to have more training videos about how to use the product. Additionally, they have downgraded all of their AppSumo customers because of a payment dispute. **What problems is GoZen Growth solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the recurring issues that I have experienced is my emails ending up in my customers Junk folder. The email warm-up function has been extremely helpful in reducing the number of emails marked as Spam. Additionally, I wanted to grow my email list and was looking for a solution that was not cost prohibitive. What I have received from them has provided a good home for my mailing list at a reasonable price. ### 2.
