What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?

Terrible customer support. Six weeks ago, I contacted support for the first time to request a GDPR addendum. At the time, they said it was not a problem. After several more attempts, I heard nothing but excuses. I now assume that there are probably critical data protection gaps at the company, which is why the company does not want to issue an addendum. What do you like best about GoZen Forms?

I recently switched a few of my website forms to GoZen Forms and wow, what a difference! The ease of use is just amazing. It’s super user-friendly, and I was able to design and customize forms in no time at all.

I love how flexible it is too; whether it's contact forms, surveys, or booking forms, GoZen Forms handles it all smoothly. Embedding the forms into my site was easy, and they blend in perfectly with my layout.

What do you like best about GoZen Forms?

It is fast, clear, looks good and you can check everything perfectly thanks to the insights. Furthermore, it is easy to implement in your website.

It is a tool that our customers can easily use every day and with which we can obtain the perfect information.

What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?

I would have liked to see this as a replacement for Gravity Forms (Wordpress plugin), but apparently the data from the form cannot be sent with the email notification. I reported this to support and was told they are currently working on this. Hopefully this feature will come soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoZen Forms?

I found the tool very intuitive to use. Setting up my first forms was straightforward. Understanding how the styling and logic tools functioned was very easy. I have yet to use any of the integrations, but have found everything on platform to be easy to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?

So far, logic is limited to only certain form styles. I expect this to change and look forward to when it does.

I appreciate that there is Stripe integration, but would love PayPal integration as well. I would also like more currency options. As a user in Canada, CDN is not a currency option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
