I've been purchasing Gozenforms and Optinly through the company since October 10, 2022. Positive reviews were more or less bought with additional features. And now, after more than 3 years of use, during which I could have said a lot of bad things about the support, they simply block all forms and accounts without warning. The reason is probably that AppSumo withheld part of the commission. Mind you, the main purchase was 3 years ago and I paid for everything correctly 3 years ago. My support requests have not been responded to. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company with a lifetime deal. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but with this way of treating customers, I'll make an exception today. If you haven't been lucky enough to be a customer there yet, you shouldn't become one. And their support team was not helpful. They were unwilling / uninterested in improving their product and instead tried to upsell me on their various other software companies. Complete waste of money. **What problems is GoZen Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to build a complex form and integrate it on our website. We also need that form to share data with other programs. GoZen let's us do that. ### 3. It was good until they canceled my lifetime subscription I paid for. PDF forms created from responses are very low quality and don't include data such as pictures or other uploaded content. Forms break easily I had one that tech support couldn't fix even after 10 days of trying. Six weeks ago, I contacted support for the first time to request a GDPR addendum. At the time, they said it was not a problem. After several more attempts, I heard nothing but excuses. I now assume that there are probably critical data protection gaps at the company, which is why the company does not want to issue an addendum. There are 150+ slide templates. Custom domain setup is very easy too. I have earlier used other form builder tools such as Jotforms and Wufoo. GoZen certainly is a top notch product considering the price and value it offers. **What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?** Nothing that i could find. I however expect responses to be displayed more elegantly and option to take actions on the responses itself. Multiple back on forths on a bug: Finally get a response: 'Please give us a last chance until monday' Monday comes around and nothing, in fact for for 3 more weeks, when they finally say , devloper is off ill. But i have no updates, product is broken. I asked for refund or upgrade and no response on that. You're able to create custom forms that allow you to have multiple questions on each page, which is more convenient than their competitors. **What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?** While the idea of custom forms, and all the options for design are promising, the application has too many bugs. Currently, the forms we try to test and fill out don't show up as leads properly in Google Sheets. When you try to list more than 9 questions in the forms, it messes up the order, so for example, question number 10, shows up after 1, so it ends up being 1, 10, 2, 3, 4... I tried working with it to create condition logic for the questions, but there is conditional logic with the custom forms. The design and layout of the product gives hope for a very promising product, but the bugs and limitations make the product completely useless for us. **What problems is GoZen Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's supposed to be a cheaper alternative to some of these other products on the market, but it doesn't benefit us because it doesn't work properly, and now we're stuck with a lifetime subscription, and we're looking at those alternative competitors as the solution. ### 15.
