I've been purchasing Gozenforms and Optinly through the company since October 10, 2022. Positive reviews were more or less bought with additional features. And now, after more than 3 years of use, during which I could have said a lot of bad things about the support, they simply block all forms and accounts without warning. The reason is probably that AppSumo withheld part of the commission. Mind you, the main purchase was 3 years ago and I paid for everything correctly 3 years ago. My support requests have not been responded to. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a company with a lifetime deal. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but with this way of treating customers, I'll make an exception today. If you haven't been lucky enough to be a customer there yet, you shouldn't become one. I routed around it by selecting a generic webhook so not a big deal. About a year ago there was an update, namely that you can fix a form that is published. This is great - if one wants to edit an existing form, one doesn't have to create it again! **What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?** I wouldn't say I outright dislike it, more that there is room for improvement: Templates. All templates (at least what I can see in my account) can be viewed as "Slides" (that is, as form types where only one query is displayed at a time). Of course, when you select a given template, you can then change the form type to One Page in the settings, where you see all the queries on one page. It would be nice if one could also change the view to this view when viewing templates. I am just in the progress of migrating my forms over. I love that my account now has access to unlimited form creation 'all in' where as before i was paying considerably more for this - I can't wait to dive deeper in to NPS surveys and creating conditional forms. I will be embeding these form on my WordPress site and taking them straight into my hubspot CRM. So far everything is extremely straightforward, easy to use and get going to publishing. UPDATE: July 2024 ------------------------ Some of the key features for me are the integrations with Google Sheets and Hubspot - I can take my survey results directly into my CRM< and keep track of them. I also like the faciity to pass parameters on the URL to allow me to pre-populate a hidden key or event name so I can reuse the same form for different scenarios without expecting the form completer to have to. It also allows me to keep consistent responses - end users might complete things differently **What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?** So far, nothing "not to like" springs to mind. It would be great to import forms created in other platforms, but that is just me being lazy. It won't take me long. The roadmap looks promising. Something that I really liked is its handling of logic, it is really easy to make the conditions. Another key aspect is how it gives you the insights and the summary of the results is easy for anyone to understand. It is undoubtedly a tool that I needed. It is important to consider that if you connect the GoZen ecosystem you can have very powerful tools and everything connected. Changing the language of the forms is also very simple, the same as the style, with the possibility of changing colors and fonts you can give it a look & feel to your liking. **What do you dislike about GoZen Forms?** I don't think there's anything I dislike so far, but there are certain things that could be improved, like the contact information that could be in a single slide and not asking for name, surname, email, and phone number one by one.
