Zego's seamless integration payment platform not only provides instant transaction processing you can view in real-time, their customer service is extremely responsive when occasional payment errors do occur. I really don't have anything 'negative' to report per se but I would like to see the date range widen when performing historical searches on deposit transactions to assist with deposit reports and/or bank reconciliation research over multiple months. As a Commercial Real Estate professional, Zego's integrated payment platform allows our tenants to make easy online rent payments with ZERO additional admin work to post or process! Zego's integrations with our accounting software receives, posts, & records the rent payments made by our tenants and ultimately deposited into our bank by Zego. The only dislike I have is that Zego was unable to make the necessary adjustments to their system to accommodate posting utility charges for one of our communities that is not on the typical 1st of the month rent cycle. I like how user-friendly Zego is; it's fairly simple to find what you're looking for. If something is confusing, customer support is so friendly, easy to reach, and extremely helpful when solving problems. The deposit tracking feature is extremely valuable to me because I don't have to manually enter each deposit every day, saving me a lot of time with accounting. I really like how Zego saves us a considerable amount of time and reduces the chances of input errors. This efficiency allows our managers to avoid manually entering payments, which often leads to errors, such as placing payments into the wrong account. With Zego, payments automatically go to the right account, making the process seamless and very easy. This automation grants us more time to focus on interacting face-to-face with our residents instead of being consumed by payment entry tasks. In addition to that, the setup process of Zego was incredibly straightforward due to their step-by-step guidance, making it super easy for us to get started. I also appreciate how Zego has improved its support service over time, addressing previous concerns about response times. Now, I'm very happy with the service they provide. Lastly, Zego's integration with our Rent Manager software works very well, complementing our operational needs. Overall, I am highly satisfied and would recommend Zego without hesitation.
