It has been very easy to implement and use. It integrates with our management software, which makes recording payments very easy. So far I have also had very good customer service. **What do you dislike about Zego?** There are only a couple of things I do not like about Zeog. When setting up users, it can be a little hard to make sure all fo the email notifications are selected, but it is also easy to go in and edit later. **What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?** Some of our management software does not have the built-in option for residents to make online rent payments. There have been times when they would reach out to see how their service was doing, but I was busy when they did. I'd have preferred if they emailed me to schedule a time to speak. If that's the worst I ever have to deal with, I'd say I'm a pleased customer. **Recommendations to others considering Zego:** I'd recommend Zego to others because we have partnered with them for almost ten years (if not longer) now. They have always been transparent in their service offerings, flexible to meet our needs, and just made our lives so much easier. **What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?** They've been a tremendous partner with us in getting our payment system streamlined. Payments are all scanned, processed, and deposited into the bank using their program. Before, we had a bank scanner that would poorly scan checks, and with different banks at different locations, we'd have issues creating a singular process that all of our teams could follow. We are an apartment management company, and this is very important for how we do business. Also, they've helped us gameplan and push a majority of our customers to use the online portal to make payments which have helped us prioritize employee time. Instead of posting payments, they are creating relationships with our tenants. We recently began using them for our utility billing, which has been wildly successful. Our residents love the new statements, and we've found that their system is a lot less error-prone than others we have used (Conservice). ### 26. This company goes above and beyond if you ever do have an issue that needs to be resolved and it gets resolved quite quickly as well. I don't see that as an issue as we select the bill out date. **What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to get residents to pay online while we eat the cost of the ACH fee has been amazing and saved our sites so much time during the beginning of the month. ### 30. As an assistant manager, it is very easy to keep track of when payments are made and what is happening on the back end. **What do you dislike about Zego?** I am unsure if this is something set by our office or Paylease, but I don't like the convenience fees. Our residents are more likely to pay via check in the office instead of online due to the $2.95 convenience fee charged. This creates more work for me, as I have to manually post checks and there is more room for human error. It should always be free for a checking account, and a charge should only be for credit cards. **Recommendations to others considering Zego:** Decrease online payment fees (specifically for checking accounts which should be free, or a max of $1.00) **What problems is Zego solving and how is that benefiting you?** Paylease helps monitor payments for businesses and is great for keeping low delinquency.
