GovWin IQ provides comprehensive insights to all key stakeholders that enable each company to appropriately prepare proposals and remain abreast of latest trends, have situational awareness relative to most government functions (I.e., transition of government leadership). While there maybe ease of use with the tool, customer support is available should problems occur. The tool is available 24/7 therefore, frequency of use is not a problem. There are several pre-recorded classes available, however, more are needed for outlier concerns, not yet covered. Yet, the support team has been swiftly responsive to my concerns and provide live consultation to address my concerns.
