What do you like best?

I'm not sure how they do it, but GovWin takes all the scattered bids and contracts at both the federal and state level and makes them easy to search and track. They also have insider intelligence on bid status that gives users information that's not available anywhere else. I get daily email alerts from them on my set searches, which saves me the time I'd otherwise have to spend tracking individual procurements. They also often have pdfs of past RFPs and contracts, which is great for business development purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Use it to receive daily alerts and set up searches, so tracking a particular bid is as easy as checking your email every morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I kind of like this tool by force because there's nothing else that offers government data and contact info like GovWin does. The other tools have info sometimes, but it's not near as much as GovWin and it's often not as accurate. It does have a large pool of good information, but it has a learning curve to figure out how to find it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I do not like the visual layout of info in GovWin. It's not intuitive how you go about finding information and data isn't laid out in an organized manner. The whole site is just gray and the search features are not very intuitive. I have had several trainings on how to use the software and still when I go to do it on my own I can't figure it out. It's not as easy to use as other platforms and often doesn't pull up what I am looking for. I also only have access to the federal half of GovWin. I wish I had full access to the state and local education information as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I currently work for a government contracting firm. It is essential that we use GovWin to keep us informed and in the loop about potential state, local and federal opportunities for our company. It even allows us to review our pipeline, conduct assessments and screen capture assessments and opportunities along with conducting reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Deltek is extremely easy to use, contains a lot of useful information, and allows you to identify procurement opportunities; as soon as they are updated, you receive an email notification. All documents relevant to a procurement are also saved on GovWin IQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because there is so much information in the system, if you don't have the solicitation number, sometimes searching for an opportunity takes a little time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

This platform makes tracking opportunities / contracts easy. In addition, being able to look at the each opportunity's timeline, associated documents, and previous implements is hugely helpful in assessing market competitiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Tracking Task Orders under a master contract still needs improvement; however, that is tied to how the gov't issues that information in the fist place. It's not necessarily a problem with the platform, but I hope DelTek comes up with a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
