For example, of a small business set aside, they will list very large companies which obviously can't prime a small business set aside. I can also analyis my search and the search of the team member from my company. Govwin also makes forcasting date avalible to me by agency and year. This gives me a great the starting point for research. I can also reach out to the representative that handles my companies account to help with more detail search efforts. **What do you dislike about GovWin IQ?** Each catagory of information is costly. For example, getting information on federal contracts are a separate expense frrom state and local contract information. Also research on private indusrty is also a separate expense. **What problems is GovWin IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** GOV-WIN makes searching avaliable contract a lot easier as well as past awarded contracts. My company relies on this inforrmation for projections of possible business. We can also get information on the details of the contract such as set asides, estimated value, place of performance, NAICS codes, projected release of RFI, RFP and sources sought. We can gather presolicitation informations, Performance work statements and in some cases . While there maybe ease of use with the tool, customer support is available should problems occur. The tool is available 24/7 therefore, frequency of use is not a problem. Lastly, once I develop a template relative to my needs, the ease of implementation is huge plus. **What do you dislike about GovWin IQ?** There are several pre-recorded classes available, however, more are needed for outlier concerns, not yet covered. Yet, the support team has been swiftly responsive to my concerns and provide live consultation to address my concerns. There is so much information it can seem like you are drinking from a firehose.
