I wish the client had to complete a check list before approving a mockup. Example: Is all spelling correct? Is the size appropriate? It allows us to proof files remotely with relateive ease. **What do you dislike about GoVisually?** Sometimes pages are really slow to load. Some other features that would be helpful are locked behind higher-tier plans. **What problems is GoVisually solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to proof by emailing a folder with PDFs and people made comments, it was hard to have more than one person work that way. Now we can have the whole group review documents at the same time. ### 12. Point and click commenting is nice and easy. **What do you dislike about GoVisually?** Viewing a project can get a little glitchy. Sometimes pages take a while to load. The zoom feature doesn't really work. When opening a comment, the page will jump out of frame to place the comment in view, which cause you to have click and drag the page back to the center. **What problems is GoVisually solving and how is that benefiting you?** Revision turnaround time has decreased. They're so sweet and helpful and are constantly adding new features that they can best explain. **What problems is GoVisually solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're working remotely and need an online platform for multiple projects with many stakeholders. When hunting for a proofing tool I ran into a lot of expensive overbearing options that we used for 10 different things other than proofing itself that I didn't need. This was the only software I found that suited my needs for a proofing tool and is super easy to use. **What do you dislike about GoVisually?** When I first got the tool there were a few bugs however, as time progressed, you can tell the staff was reading reviews and feedback as many of my suggestions and others have been implemented since. **Recommendations to others considering GoVisually:** Nope! You guys are doing great. **What problems is GoVisually solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a tool directly related to proofing and not a bunch of other confusing things I didn't need. When I send out a proof, I don't have to sit there and explain to people how to go in and use it as it is straight forward. ### 17. It seems like they are actually taking the comments and tips they get. There are now several features the make the proofing process 10 times easier than when I first started using the program a yeat ago. **What do you dislike about GoVisually?** This may be more of a user issue than a program issue. Getting outside users to come in and review a proof can be a pain. I've run into all sorts of problems with that. I also wish you could just send a link straight into the project library as opposed to just the individual items within it. It makes it hard to show outside reviews that there is more than one proof to review. **Recommendations to others considering GoVisually:** You can go in and play around in it before you purchase with the trial period. It allows you to test and see if it fits your particular needs. **What problems is GoVisually solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes project collaboration possible. A lot of my team members are traveling around so they aren't always in the office to ask their opinion or get their approval.
