GoVerse is an AI recruitment platform that helps hiring teams and recruitment agencies screen, rank and engage candidates with explainable, bias-aware AI. Teams can use it as a standalone applicant tracking system, or as an AI layer over the ATS they already use. Recruiters set screening criteria for each role, such as skills, experience and qualifications. GoVerse then scores every applicant against those criteria. Each score includes criterion-level reasoning with evidence from the candidate's CV, so recruiters can see why a candidate ranked where they did. Hiring decisions stay with people. GoVerse gives scored recommendations, not hiring decisions. Key capabilities: - AI candidate screening: bulk screening of whole candidate pools, with weighted criteria and a score breakdown for each criterion. - Skills-first talent search: semantic search that understands equivalent and adjacent skills, using plain-language queries such as "Java developer with AWS experience in Melbourne". - Policy engine and audit trail: checks screening criteria for protected characteristics, discriminatory language and non-job-related factors before each run, and logs every decision for review. - GoVoice AI phone screening: a voice agent calls candidates and collects role-specific details such as availability, notice period and salary expectations. It records a transcript, a summary and sentiment. - Candidate engagement: multi-step email sequences with AI-drafted messages, plus voice, SMS and WhatsApp channels. - Requisitions, pipelines and talent pools: configurable pipeline stages, team roles (Owner, Admin, Member) and self-serve user management. GoVerse integrates with Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, and works alongside other existing applicant tracking systems through bulk CV upload. Setup is self-serve, and most teams are live within one to two days. GoVerse suits hiring teams of 5 to 500 employees, recruitment agencies, and enterprise HR teams. It is used in healthcare, retail and hospitality, where volume hiring and compliance matter. Customers include Mercy Health and Nick Scali. Pricing starts from US$49.99 per seat per month (launch pricing), after a 30-day free trial with no credit card required.
