There is not much I dislike about Govenda. What I needed was a clearinghouse to store board meeting documents for historical reference purposes and with Govenda, I got that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The agenda creation tool is easy to use and I like that you can assign it to a person for them to add attachments. I also like taking minutes and inporting the attendance into the minutes and then importing the minutes into the next meeting(s). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The new look has taken some time to get used to. We just figured out how to assign committee admin rights so people are limited in seeing only the information for the committees that they are involved in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There seems to be a glitch in the software. When a boardmember/user who signed minutes is removed, their signature is removed from all past minutes that were signed and approved. Sometimes when adding agendas, the sub agenda items are challenging to navigate and don't always end up in the places I want them. I have had to delete entire agenda items to try to make the agenda more cohesive, and it can sometimes be a time suck. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
