I administrate Govenda for several boards and sub committees. **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2022 **What do you like best about Govenda?** It is super helpful to have everything related to the board meetings in one spot. **What do you dislike about Govenda?** It can be clunky and limited in its scope. For example, I often will have two sets of minutes for one board meeting (one for the board only and one that is published to the community). But I am only allowed to save one minutes document within the agenda. **Recommendations to others considering Govenda:** Govenda is a great one-stop-shop for managing Board documents and votes. **What problems is Govenda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, the most helpful thing is to have all of our various board and sub-committee information in one place. Great if you are twenty with good vision. Not so great for the rest of us. **Recommendations to others considering Govenda:** none **What problems is Govenda solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are finally moving our files to Govenda and educating the board members on how to locate documents.
