**What do you like best about GoToro?**

The online portal is very organized and an efficient way to keep track of applicants. The customer service and constant evolution of the recruiting platform is top notch.

**What do you dislike about GoToro?**

We did notice a bit of a slow start to our hiring campaign as the software was learning and adapting to our campaign. We were told up front that the first couple weeks are typically a bit slower, but its just something to be aware of.

**What problems is GoToro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest thing that GoToro assisted us with is coordinating and organizing our hiring effort. With all of our potential employees in the same place, streamlined communication with the applicants, and the ability to take notes and update applicant status within our company we found that we were much mroe organized and efficient internally in terms of tracking and communicating with applicants.
